1. Who we are
Negoba (“Negoba,” “we,” “us”) is operated by Mazharul Irfan Shaikh, a sole proprietor trading as Negoba. Negoba provides a personalized, research-grounded hair-care service. We publish educational guidance and build routines tailored to the information you give us in your assessment. You can reach us at hello@negoba.com.

Negoba provides educational and cosmetic guidance only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a qualified professional. Hair loss and scalp conditions can have medical causes. For diagnosis or treatment, consult a dermatologist or physician. Do not disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something you read on Negoba.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
4. Membership and billing
Negoba offers a free daily routine and a paid membership that unlocks the full plan. Membership is offered as a monthly plan ($10 / month) or an annual plan ($100 / year), charged in advance on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Our order process and payments are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle provides customer service for billing matters and manages the transaction, tax, and receipt. When you purchase a membership, you also agree to Paddle’s buyer terms.
- Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price.
- You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period except as described in our Refund Policy.
- We will give reasonable notice before any change in price.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Resell, copy, or redistribute Negoba’s content or routines without permission.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Post unlawful, harmful, or misleading content in community areas.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.
6. Intellectual property
The Negoba name, content, routines, and design are owned by us or our licensors. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own hair care — nothing more.
7. Results and disclaimers
Hair care is individual. We do not promise specific results, and outcomes vary based on genetics, health, consistency, and factors outside our control. The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Negoba is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use Negoba after a change means you accept the updated terms.
