1. What we collect
- Account details — your name and email address when you create an account.
- Assessment answers — the information you give us about your hair and scalp so we can build your routine (for example, hair type, porosity, wash habits, and goals).
- Usage data — basic technical information such as pages visited and device type, used to keep the service working and improve it.
- Payment information — handled entirely by our payment provider, Paddle. We do not see or store your full card details.
2. How we use it
- To build and personalize your hair-care routine.
- To operate your account and provide membership features.
- To respond to your questions and provide support.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve the service.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Where your data lives
Some information you enter in the demo experience is stored only in your own browser and never leaves your device. Account and membership data is processed by the trusted providers we use to run Negoba:
- Vercel — hosting and delivery of the website.
- Paddle — payments, billing, tax, and receipts as our Merchant of Record.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
4. Cookies
We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your preferences (such as your theme). Our payment provider may set cookies required to process a secure checkout.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@negoba.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
6. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data except where we must keep records for legal or accounting reasons.
7. Children
Negoba is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
8. Changes
We may update this notice as the service or the law changes. The date at the top reflects the latest version.
